This is an incredible stretch for how fast it is, how deep it goes and how much it covers. Stretch your whole back, neck, shoulders and hamstrings in just 2 minutes. So cool. I do it in all of my classes regardless of the level because it's that good and everyone can do it!
You can also do it very slowly. Keep your eyes closed. You'll come out of it feeling a little buzzed!! Enjoy :)
