RETURNS
To return a product you must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at returns@lastics.com for return approvals. Digital products such as video rentals and streaming subscriptions are not eligible for returns.
When shipping products back to Lastics, please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the reason for return and RA number written on it clearly. RA numbers must also be displayed on the outside of the envelope/box.
For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse returns that do not have an RA#. They will be returned to sender. Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day return period and returned in their original packaging/condition. We are not responsible products lost or damaged in the return process.

Once we receive your return we will notify you and issue a credit, less shipping, as long as the conditions of our Return Policy have been met.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- DVD that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
A 20% - 50% restocking fee may apply to returns that are damaged and/or do not comply with our Return Policy.
REFUNDS
When refunds are processed, a credit will automatically be returned to the original method of payment, within 2 business days. Digital products such as video rentals and streaming subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you need additional help and have further questions, please contact us at returns@lastics.com.
