Virtual Stretch Classes

A live Lastics Stretch class from anywhere! The great thing about these classes is that you have access to our wonderful live instructors who are there to give you feedback and corrections on-the-spot and make sure you are stretching safely and getting the most out of it.

To reserve your class, click BOOK NOW above and in the pop-up window, choose "Classes" in the nav bar. A private Zoom link will be sent to you in your reservation confirmation and in upcoming class reminders. 

Important

* All class times reflect New York/Eastern timezone.
* The price paid covers one person. If more than one individual will be taking the class, simply add the appropriate number attendees upon checkout.
* We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for our online classes. No-shows and late cancels are not refundable.
* Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the missed class. Refunds are issued in the form of a class credit. Such requests will be reviewed and approved, depending on each situation.
